What exactly is Billing Pro?
Software for creating GST invoices, tracking stock and keeping your accounts. It runs on your own Windows PC and, on the cloud plans, syncs to a second counter and your phone.
Is it really GST compliant?
Yes. Invoices carry HSN/SAC codes and the correct CGST/SGST or IGST split by place of supply, and it produces GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B summaries ready to file. E-invoicing and e-way bills are supported.
Does it work without internet?
Completely, on the offline and bundle plans. Your data lives on your computer, so billing, stock and reports all work with the connection down, then sync the moment you reconnect.
Can I use it on more than one device?
Yes, on the cloud plans. Desktop, cloud and the mobile app show the same stock and payments — one live ledger across every device.
Will it work with my printer?
It prints to ordinary A4 laser and inkjet printers and to 2-inch and 3-inch thermal receipt printers. Barcode label sheets print from the Items screen.
What if I need help?
Support is included on every plan — in-app help with the full shortcut list, plus phone and email during business hours. Migration from Tally, Busy or Excel is free.
